Today: Day #1//Workout

Unlike a lot of people I know, I usually don't make New Years resolutions or promises or whatevers. The most popular NYresolution I've heard over the years is getting in shape and committing to going to the gym. Sooo, in true peer pressure spirit I have decided to be serious about the whole gym thing. I don't know how smart it is to have Ruth as my trainer...I feel like it may take a toll on our friendship...we shall see. I will definitely keep you guys posted, and maybe we can all do this together. If you want to that is.

Today we worked on upper arms, and tomorrow we are working on legs. I'm getting ready to pass out...in a good way of course.
