Grilled Salmon Ciabatta - A replica of the one we all love to order at Apré Diem in Atlanta, GA. I actually like this place, despite their frequent suckiness in service. I guess you can't have everything in life. The combination of the salmon and the sundried tomatoes spread is to die for. I like!
